Seekhlai provides classes, recorded lectures, study tools, practice access, and career guidance for entry-test preparation. It is an educational aid, not an admissions office, a university service, or a promise of a particular score, result, or admission.

Give us information that is accurate enough to operate your account. Keep your sign-in details private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity carried out through it. If you are not old enough to enter a contract where you live, use the service with the permission of a parent or guardian.

We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the lessons and tools for your own study. Do not copy, scrape, sell, publish, redistribute, reverse engineer, or bypass access controls around the service or its content. University names, marks, and exam references remain the property of their respective owners.

Registration may be free, while some programmes or access windows may require payment. The price, duration, included features, and any refund terms shown with a specific offer apply to that offer. Access belongs to the account that purchased or received it and cannot be transferred unless we say otherwise.

Do not interfere with the service, probe it for weaknesses, upload malicious material, impersonate another person, or use it to violate someone else's rights or the law. We may limit or suspend access when needed to protect students, content, or the service.

We may improve, change, pause, or discontinue parts of the service. We will make reasonable efforts to keep important information current, but online services can have outages, errors, and dependency failures. We may update these terms when the service or the law changes; the updated version applies once published.

The service is provided as an educational tool and, to the extent allowed by law, without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or sufficient for your particular exam outcome. Nothing here removes a right or protection that the law does not allow us to exclude.

Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@seekhlai.com.
