• Study information such as your selected programme, access status, lessons, and progress so the product can resume your work and show the right dashboard state.
• Technical and interaction information used for security, diagnostics, aggregate analytics, and product improvement when those services are enabled for this deployment.
• Session recordings used to find interface problems and improve the learning experience. Sensitive form fields are masked by the recording service.

The contact form sends your email and message to our server. The server validates Turnstile before sending the message through Resend to our contact address. Your email is kept as the reply address. The browser keeps a short local cooldown after a successful submission, and contact analytics does not include your email or message.

We use it to authenticate you, provide lessons and progress, manage access, answer support requests, protect the service, fix failures, and understand which parts of the product are useful. We do not need your email as an advertising identity in the learning experience.

Firebase provides authentication. The product API and its database store the account and learning records needed by the service. Google Tag Manager, analytics tools, and Microsoft Clarity are used only when their identifiers are configured for the relevant environment.

When analytics is active, the site can use first-party cookies for attribution and a random visitor identifier. A signed-in analytics event may use a Firebase identifier, not your email address. When session recording is configured, it records product interactions while masking sensitive form fields.

We keep information only for as long as it is needed to run the service, support your account, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the product. The period depends on the kind of information and your relationship with us.
